HASTRMAN and ÚNOS were both made in Prague’s first-ever club of amateur filmmakers, founded in 1932. HASTRMAN is a work of reportage about the making of an amateur grotesque-style film. ÚNOS is a family drama, shot on 9.5-mm film, about a father preoccupied with writing a screenplay while his young son embarks on an unsupervised adventure in the forest.
